- Desktop: right-click for 'new' menu
- Posted by Denise Hubert on February 15th, 2004
When I right click on the desktop and scroll down to
the 'New' menu, I get a list of options that is way too
long. I just want 'New folder' and 'New shortcut'.
How do I get rid of 'new' text document, word document,
bitmap image, winamp file, briefcase, powerpoint
presentation, excel worksheet, html document, office
binder, works database, etc, etc?

It is easily done with TweakUI
Tweak UI 1.33 for Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows Millennium
Edition, Windows 98 or Windows 95.
