- DOS apps on Pentium
- Posted by andy roe on February 20th, 2004
I'm trying to run an old DOS game on a Pentium, and the
computer is too fast! The game operates by pressing the
arrow keys to change positions. On a 286/386/486, the game
ran fine, but on the Pentium, the arrow keys move the
position too quickly. Is there any way to slow this down?
I recall there used to be a LOADALL command that allowed a
386 to emulate a 286. Any other ideas?
TIA,
Andy Roe
