I am trying to download a booklet from work--it downloads
in groups of numbers and letters, but nothing readable at
all. I downloaded both ways. Please help!

What sort of file/document is it?
What are you using to open it with?
What application did you use at work?
Perhaps you don't have the right application to open it?

Repost saying what filetype this item has (e.g. PDF,
DOC or whatever) and what software (app) you used
to view it. If you do not understand filetypes, ask
someone at work.
