Start with the system optimizing steps on my Computer Health page (see my
signature), especially Step 4, "Taking out the trash." Also go to the
"Parasite Fight" page in my sig, click on the "Quick Fix" link (this just
takes you to the very bottom of the page), and follow the steps given there.
These two processes stand a very good chance of solving the problem. If not,
please report back here on what you've found.
FWIW, I have a separate page on KERNEL32 errors such as this -

solution this time - I think what I've given above is more likely to solve
the problem.
