I keep receiving an error message: unhandled exception
c0000005@100016b8 then illegal operation Pgmonitr. I
can't make it go away! I have run the "regedit" and have
not found the file. What else can I do?

This may be caused by the installation of Kazaa. It adds spyware to your system. Go to the Control Panel>Add\Remove Programs, and uninstall Pgmonitr, Promulgate and Delfin, if found.
