Find: files or folders details

Help!

Until recently, when I used the Find Files or Folders
option on my Windows 98SE system, the details would be
displayed (File, Location, Date, etc.). Now, when
the "Details" option is active in the View menu, no
information is displayed, no headers are shown and no
files. Yet the "n file(s) found" is displayed in the
lower left hand corner. If the View option is changed
to "Large Icons", "Small Icons" or "List", the files are
shown.

Try this. After a search, click inside the pane to give it the focus.
Hold the Ctrl key down and click the + on the numeric keypad.
(not the + at the top).

Ctrl + forces the headers bars in many apps to their default size.
