Start regedit, expand the following keys and look in the right
window for "GeneralTab". If you find it, delete it or set it to
zero. You may have to restart the computer for the change
to take effect.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Control Panel
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Policies\Microsoft\In ternet Explorer\Control Panel
