lately my key board ahs been acting up.When I push a key I
get a different letter vor a random number.
I have scanned for viruses and found none.Please help.

Does the problem go away when you use a different keyboard? if it does,
then the keyboard is faulty and should be replaced.

That may happen if it's a multimedia keyboard and you have installed the driver that comes in the disquette.
If that's the case, go to Control Panel, System. In the Devices tab, select the keyboard properties and change the driver to the standard one.
