Media "CD's" "Floppies" will not read upon insertion

Media "CD's" "Floppies" will not read upon insertion: Posted by Mike on January 2nd, 2004; When I try to load a CD or floppie or any media, I get
this message, A Required DLL File OLEPRO32.DLL was not
found. I can go in to the run/browse and bring them up ok.
