I was able to find the DLL on a Win2k computer. Its properties
implies it was for the Unicode Layer on Win9x systems (... a bit
strange as Win98 had never been installed on that laptop). In any
case, having copied it into the system directory allows the
computer to boot properly. (...WHEW!!!...)
