- My Documents folder - Sort by Name.

Hi,
Is it possible to set the "My Documents" folder so that when a new file is
saved into that folder, it will appear "arranged by name", i.e. in
alphabetical order?
As it is now, the new file appears last in the list, and I have to click
VIEW / ARRANGE ICONS / BY NAME in order to maintain alphabetical order.
Incidentally what is the function of the "AUTO ARRANGE" option in the VIEW /
ARRANGE ICONS drop-down menu?

It appears last so you can find it easily. Use F5 to refresh Windows
Explorer and the list, that should do it. After you select a
different folder and come back it should also be in sorted order, it
shouldn't stay at the end.
You can click on the Windows Explorer column headers and sort by
name, size, type etc.
Auto Arrange tries to arrange icons by type. It may also un-hide
some that are hidden behind others.

It appears that what I wanted can't be done, but that "F5" advice will speed
things up.

When a new file is created in any folder, it will appear at bottom. Just
press F5 (refresh), instead of what you do.
