I have posted on this before and it still isn't working.
I also do not have the disc. I am not even sure, but it
might be from the disc I received with my scanner?
When I try to open PhotoDeluxe 3.0 I am getting:
ERROR STARTING PROGRAM
The SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export
SHLWAPI.DLL:SHRegGetUSValueA.
and
C:\Program Files\PhotoDeluxe HE 3.0\PD3.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning

Any help would be appreciated

Yes, the PhotoShop you are talking about most likely did
come with your scanner. You might be able to get on Adobe
website and find the fix... You can post on their forums after
you register.
