Recently I downloaded Windows Media Player 9 and XVid
codec. During the download of WMP 9 there was some
problems on restarting the computer. W Media Player 9
seems to work well but it was noticed that when right
clicking on an .avi file and opening the properties
window, there is no longer the tab which allowed a preview
of the video file. Also file joining software such as
Pecks Power Join or JFuse will not join the .avi files.
Can anyone help with this problem? A tech in a local
computer store has suggested that perhaps an .dll file was
lost.
