Has anyone ever gotten an errow when you boot up your
computer that says: REGCON caused an invalid page fault in
module UTUTL.DLL @ 0177:004c6c0f. I went to AOL just to
see if they could help. They told me to go to Microsoft
who wants to charge $35 for each incident!!!!!!! Like they
aren't rich enough already.

Regcon is usually an ATT broadband file. Doesn't the folder it is in
confirm that?
No idea what UTUTL.DLL is. It does not appear to be a Microsoft file.
Check the properties of the file for ownership and report back.
