goto TOOLS- SYSTEM CONFIGURATION... most like Messenger,
real player, etc., will be on the startup tab.
clear the checkbox and then they won't load anymore.
also... remember...if u have real player running when u
shut down windows (even if it is only running in the
background) it will be installed on start up list when
system is powered back on...
