when I shut down windows some times it turns
off ,sometimes it won't.All I'm left with is the win 98
screen.I have to turn the power off then on again.
Any suggestions would be great.

If this happens only occasionally, I would ignore it. Trying to
identify the cause could chew up a lot of your time and yield nothing.
