Some files have been deleted from our house computer when
it is turnt on the password window comes up and a message
window that reads a required .DLL file,
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEMS\MSVCRT.DLL, was not found when you
click ok another message window appears that reads
explorer.exe not found you need to reinstall windows you
enter the cd click enter and the computer shuts itself
down. how are you suppose to do this, or how do you clean
the whole hard drive to start a fresh, getting very
frustrated..............children getting very annoying as
they can not use the computer.........
