Strange colors after Turbo Tax
Posted by CGB on February 9th, 2004

After we installed TurboTax on Sat and rebooted, our monitor colors changed
to a blue-yellow-greenish pattern. We have looked in the display settings
and tried to change some things to no avail. Any idea what we need to do to
correct this problem? We are running Windows 98 on a pentium ii

Thanks

1. It is not clear whether the unwanted colours
affect all Windows programs or just TurboTax.
2. If only TurboTax, check its Tools or Options
Menus.
2. If all Win98 apps are affected, task #1 is
to uninstal TT and see if the colours revert to
normal.

Well, hate to tell you this but the cable from the computer to the monitor
wasn't fully plugged in. Should be thankful that it was that simple but do
feel rather stupid. ;-)
