You have/had a virus/trojan.
Update your anti-virus software and scan for viruses. Best
to perform the can in safe mode-Press F8 at boot to display
the boot menu, then select safe mode from the list.
It may have been removed by your A/V software already, and
that is just a line left in your registry.
You do NOT want that file back.
See these 2 URLs for full removal instructions, which
should elimnate the error message you are receiving.

Have you read the articles supplied by mm and followed the instructions to
completely remove the virus and any remnants? As stated, You Do Not Want That
File Back, it is NOT a Windows file. If after doing everything in the articles
and you still have problems, post back with the exact error message/s you get.

Please read all the information you have been given in several
newsgroups.
You seem to be ignoring all the links you have been supplied.

TKS Alan for replying but SIR the links that I see or not
giving me any help at all. They tell me about these who
can help but I have no idea what kind of help I need to
start with Sir.
A few other links had directions telling me about the
WINDLL32 virus but nothing about how to fix my problems.
So Sir, I am not ingoring anyone, I would just like to
know what to do abotu this.

And also I have tried to update and DL the patches from
Microsoft themselves but I hit an runtime error due to the
WINDLL32 problem.

These 2 virus are probably the cause.
Read the removal instructions.
