Can any one tell me how to set up windows 98 in Task Scheduler to reboot every night.

Create a shortcut to reboot the computer. For the command line options to do
this, see:
http://winsupportcenter.com/win4/a/shutcut.htm
Then just use Task Scheduler to launch the shortcut.

I create a shortcut to reboot the computer on my desktop . For the command line options I used:
C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32 SHELL32.DLL,SHExitWindowsEx 2
