Hi,

I am receiving the following error message, which has
recenlty occured after running a windows update!!!

Error Message: Winword caused an invalid page fault in
module MSPGKA.DLL...

This message pops up after I exit Word and when I try to
reopen the document all of the text is lost (but the
actual document is saved)! Any suggestions on how I can
solve this problem?!

Exactly what windows update did you run????????

I can find no trace of such a file as MSPGKA.DLL
Have you checked it for a virus?
Can you check the properties of the file to see if there is any
ownership?
