hi, after updating to windows xp i found everything on my
computer went to cock.....so cleaned off andre installed
windows 98, access to the internet is fine, but i cannot
for the life of me get back into my paypal account. i have
tried enabeling and changing settings, but the truth is, i
really don't know what todo, is there anyone who can help
me, i'm at my wits end andthis has been going on now for 3
months, when i try to email paypal or access the site, i
keep getting page not responding.......help, thanks, pat
