You can only uninstall Win98 if you upgraded to Win98 from a previous
version of Windows AND during the installation you chose to save the
uninstall information.
If you did not, then you must reinstall Win98 which you can do either to a
new directory or over the current installation. In some cases, installing
over the current installation will not fix your problem so you must install
clean.
