- Installation support file problem

I was trying to install the game "MYST" but I keep getting a message
"An installation support file could not be installed" then it says "ERROR
LOADING TYPE LIBRARY/DLL." My OS is Windows XP,can you help me?

This NG is not for XP and has no specialization
in PC games. Plenty other NGs can help you better.
