when starting up my computer it says While initializing
device IOS, an
I/O subsystem driver failed to load.

Either a file in the IOSubsys subdirectory is corrupt or
the system is
low on memory.
I went to microsoft.com for help and they gave me this
site to help and
follow this,Insert a Windows 98 Startup disk, and then
restart the
computer to a command prompt.
At the command prompt, type c:, and then press ENTER.
Type cd\Windows\system, and then press ENTER.
Type ren iosubsys iosubold, and then press ENTER.
Reinstall Microsoft Windows 98. For additional

but after I type the ren iosubsys iosubold my computer
says file not
fuond: iosubsys so I do not know what to do now how
do I get my computer running again?
