- language support

I think by mistake, I have arabic language support
installed on my computer. How do I get rid of it?
I try to uninstal and it asks for restarts and it hangs. I
have to setup windows from original disk. and when i am
done the arabic language support is on the list of
programs installed (the add/remove list)
When I use internet explorer it changes the fonts
to "Arabic(windows)".
When I try windows update at microsoft website, It comes
back with a massage that "this website no longer support
arabic(enabled)".
I have windows 98 second edition 4.10.2222A, Dell, IE
6.0.2800.1106
Help, what do I do?
