- LOCAL MACHINE USER RESTRICTIONS

Looking for a good method to prevent kids from adding programs, running
certain programs, changing certain system settings..ect in Win98 2nd.
I have win98 set up for mutil user profile log ons.
Is policy editor the best choice for this or is there a good 3rd party
alternative?
