Ah, an OEM version is an entirely different issue. When your OEM signed a
contract with Microsoft to get Windows at a price that is obscenely low the
contract also requires THEM to provide you with the necessary support. Not
Microsoft, the OEM. They could have elected to buy Windows at full price
and let Microsoft support it but they did not.
