getting error : INVALID COMMAND OPTION
I am trying to install win 98 in an I.B.M. desktop but....
win98 install disk begins to install but then stops with
above error.
I did a format of "c" and then use a boot disk to get to
the "d" drive.
I am typing in setup D:
what else can I try ????????????

Hello Mark,
Assuming that D: is your CD-ROM, and your CD-ROM is properly recognized by your boot disk, do the following while at the A: prompt:
- Type: D: (or whatever drive your CD-ROM is)
- Type: CD WIN98 (this is optional)
- Type: SETUP
Hope this helps,
