I am having some troubles with my computer (crashes, slow
internet, etc.) so I would like to return the operating
system (Win 98) back to the original configuration when I
first got it. I will have all of my important files
removed safely so I can start clean. What disks do I
need (specifically from Dell) and will I need to
reinstall any drivers or anything like that? Is there a
good procedure available to me as I go through this
process?

The history of the computer was that we received it with
Win Me and because of some incomptability with drawing
programs, we had to reinstall Win 98 with some major help
from Dell. So, the disk that they sent me must have a
full version of Win 98? If this is the case, will it
change any procedure I follow when I restore to original
conditions?
