If you are trying to install or reinstall Windows, go to
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm and create a boot floppy. Use it to
start the computer, insert your Windows 98 CD and type the following lines:
e:\win98\setup
f:\win98\setup
g:\win98\setup

You cannot start a computer with a floppy start up disk. Please provide
more info on what you want to do and be specific.
