TZEDIT.exe for win98?
Posted by patrick on February 10th, 2007

It seems that TZEDIT.exe for win98 is part of the "resource kit" available
on CD?

Does anyone have a link for the program please, so that we can set the
Daylight Saving Time for 2007?

Thanks.
