i want to insatal win 98 on my USB stic (512MB) can I ?
i try but i don't now how?

You probably can't. In theory it would be possible if your computer
supports booting from a USB device, AND if it can make a USB device appear
to be a hard drive at boot time, AND if you could get Windows Setup to see
and use it ... lots of "IF" statements there.
