- win98 protection error--initializing pgcpc device

Try to start up the computer , the error message I get
is "initializing device pgcpc windows protection error".
I can start the computer in the safe mode.
What is wrong with the computer??

PGCPC.VXD is apparently part of a program called Second Chance 2. Try
uninstalling that program. You might also try the program
manufacturer's web site for any information about this error and/or
fixes for it if you want to continue to use the Second Chance 2
program.
