- How do I store username, password and domain in registry to prevent "Network Server Logon" prompt?
- Posted by @@ on June 6th, 2006
Hi all:
I know this goes against what we've all been told, but I have a number of
PDAs running CE 4.1 that I want to configure to logon on to a W2K server
based network automatically. These units are running a "kiosk mode" app
within a secured facility, so I'm not worried about them getting out. I'm
actually more concerned with giving the "good guys" the username/pw/domain
info. Is there a way I can store this info in the registry? Cleartext is
even acceptable.
Thanks in advance.
