I am testing the upgrade of our 1.2 installation and during the upgrade
process I get the following error:

Action Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.InstallDatabaseAction Failed.
Login 'distibutor_admin' owns one or more database(s). Change the owner of
the following database(s) before dropping login:
Changed database context to 'master'.
Deleting database file 'C:\Program Files\MSSQL\Data\distribution.ldf'.
Deleting database file 'C:\Program Files\MSSQL\Data\distribution.mdf'.
Changed database context to 'XXXXXX_MSCRM'.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
