accountratingcode field not showing for advanced find
Posted by Steve on January 4th, 2007

Hi,

We have a CRM3 system and the accountratingcodefield on the account form has
had it's display name changed to "Tier", the form label matches this - the
schema name has remained unchanged.

We need to do an advanced find using this field but it doesn't show up in
the advanced find drop down list - we have checked the list for both the
schema name and the new display name.

Is this field not searchable by default or has renaming the display name
caused an issue? Is there anyway we can make this field searchable short of
creating a second field to replace it (not ideal due to the volume of data
stored in the field already which would need to be moved into the new
field).

Thanks, Steve

Presumably a related problem...that field cannot be selected as View Filter condition. If anybody has input on this, much appreciated by myself and Steve.

Thanks,

Ken
