Assigning Campaign Activities to multiple users based on Criteria

Hi,

Is there any way to have the assignment of campaign activities done on the
basis of certain criteria? (i.e.; on postal code of the account, assigned to
TM working on the corresponding region).

If not: is there any way to have the distribution of multiple activities in
a queue done on the basis of certain criteria? (i.e.; see above example).

Sounds like that you can leverage the CRM 4.0 Workflow to accomplish
your task. Please look into workflow and if you have any questions,

The solution above might be easier said than done. Tracing the
connections between the account and campaign activities is no easy
task - and the amount of possibilities for a given account's zip code
could prove difficult to program through workflow. Just a head's up...
I'll keep an eye on this posting as well.

I agreed, really depends on the requirement, if you want to do it to
couple users, you might want to group them into teams. If the business
requirement is very complicated, you might need to consider writing a
custom plug-in or do a custom workflow activity to share your record.
