You could use Workflow manager to create a workflow to do this.

Wheneveryou make a new Invoice the workflow should trigger an email
notifications to be sent to receipient.

Not too difficult to do it and you can work with CRM guide to get the
details or ask your implementor or any CRM expert to do it for you easily.
