Avaya IP Office Microsoft CRM Integration

We have purchased The IP Office Microsoft CRM Integration software, and we
have a technical question regarding its functionality:

When the connector identifies an incoming call, it searches the caller's
phone number in the Microsoft CRM database, and if there is a match, it pops
the relevant Microsoft CRM Account / Contact / Lead… screen, where we can see
the caller information.
That works fine, but what we need is:

a capability of identifying the phone number the caller has dialed to, (I'm
sure the connector can do it), and then search after it in the Microsoft CRM,
and if there's a match- show the relevant record information.

Sample scenario:
The caller's phone number is unknown in Microsoft CRM, but the phone number
he dialed to is known, and has a match 'Account' record in Microsoft CRM, so
we want to 'pop' the relevant 'Account' information.

does anyone knows whether the connector supports this functionality? and if
so how do we configure it to do so?
and If the answer is 'NO', can someone advice us how to proceed?
