looking at this product for multi relations, table additions, work flow processes. would like some opinions on this from people who have implimented it.

i have heard ms crm out of the box is pretty weak that that unless you want to do oodles of customization on your own, you almost have to have some third party addons. what other addons are people using besides axonom and what does it give you?
