Campaign Email

When I create a campaign activity of type EMAIL and then distribute the
activity to create the email activities for each lead on my marketing list,
the emails are created, but they are not automatically sent. I have to open
each email individually and send it.

Is there any way to have these emails automatically send (like Direct Email)
from the Campaign system?

you have to use the email mail merge option instead of just email by doing
this from the Outlook client instead of the Browser client.

Email merge is not showing up as an option. I can see fax merge, letter
merge, letter, etc.

I don't think we've installed the Exchange Router for CRM 3.0 part yet.
Does anyone know if this is why the "Email Merge" option is not showing up
for us?
