Cannot bypass login & password

I have a computer from my job that they do not want
anymore.
it was hooked up to a network (no longer) and when I start
up
it prompts me for a login and password. I can't get in at
all, is there any way that I can change this. The program
is Microsoft windows professional. Should I keep or toss
it.

This group is for Microsoft CRM, however, perhaps I can help.

I sounds like you are trying to log on to a domain account.
Change the logon domain to the local machine.
You need to log on to that computer with administrative privelages, and
create a local account.

You may need to have the domain admin help you out. Have him/her create the
local account for you. He/she probably has the administrative password.
