- Cannot view CRM contacts in new Outlook email message

I have a user that cannot view the CRM Contacts or Accounts address book
in a new Outlook email message. The error "The address list could not
be displayed" shows. The user can view Outlook contacts but no CRM contacts.

That message appears when the CRM address book list hasn't downloaded from
the CRM server yet. If you have a large number of contacts, you'll need to
leave your Outlook client open for a while for all of the data to sync.
It's an all or nothing ordeal. Until they all sync down you won't see any.
