We have 2 licenses remaining but when try to add a user
from the User Manager, we get the following error:

"User 1 ( Christa Collis ) failed : Access is denied.
(80070005) - SOAP Server Application Faulted"

The error message details talk about giving ASP.NET
permissions but don't give instructions on how to do it.

If I try to add the user from my account in CRM (admin),
the error message reads "not authorized".

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
