Can't go Offline (Sync) with SFO

When I try to Go Offline in SFO, this error appears:

"The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted"

Already applied the Windows 2003 hotfix - KB 834859 to both the network
Server as the CRM server. But that doesnt fix the problem. The rest of
SFO works fine.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you take note of the version number of the Authz.dll file before you
applied the hot fix?

Move and rename the file and reapply the hotfix.
Check out versioning numbers. Or unregister and reregister the DLL.

Siince I have not seen this error on our systems, those are two
troubleshooting things I would try.

Thank you for your troubleshooting suggestions, tried all but does not
solve it. Moving, renaming the DLL and reappplying the hotfix does not
change the versioning. Could that be the problem?
