I am trying to make several customization to my Support
Case Form through Home > Settings > System Customizations
system. When I open a new case, I still pull up the old
form and not my modified one. I have tried restarting
IIS to see if that would somehow fix things, but it did
not help at all. When I go back to the customizations
area and look at the form, my form modifications are
still in there, I just can not see them any where else.
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions on how to get my
modified Case Form
By the way, I tried customizing other forms (i.e. leads,
contacts, etc.) and they exhibited the same behavior.
I am using the CRM Standard Suite edition.
Any and all thought, comments, ideas, and suggestions are
greatly appreciated.
