It has been five weeks since I have passed my first Microsoft CRM
Installation & Configuration . I did not get any mail/or email from the
microsoft for the introduction pacakge. I can not see my transcript on MCP
Member site. There is any Microsoft business solution membersite where I can
go and get the information. Or there is any telphone number where I can call
get the information. Is there any introduction package I need to sign-on to
get the mail generated.

MBS certifications are not part of the MCP program, so you won't see them on
the MCP member site. If you have access to Partnersource from the MBS website
you can click on "Voice" on the top and then Training > Tests on the left
menu. You can email mbs-cert@microsoft.com for info on your certificate.
