Hi,

We currently have several thousand contacts in our CRM3 installation.
However, we have a mix of contacts in the format FirstName,LastName and some
that are LastName,FirstName.

Ideally we would like all these in the format FirstName,LastName (for any
future mailmerges). Does anyone know if there is any way to update old
contacts to display in the same format? I have changed the format in the
"Organisational Settings" but this only applies to new contacts.

There's no supported way to do it - you have to update the table directly (I
stress again, not supported) if you want this.
