Change Stage in CRM4

In opportunities in V3.0, under the Actions drop down menu, there was an item
called "Change Stage...". This is not present in v4.0. How can this
functionality be accessed in V4.0?

This can be addressed in CRM 4.0 by creating staged workflows.

When the sales processes were upgraded from CRM3, they were created as staged
work flows. The problem is that you can't jump stages as you can in CRM3.
Or am I missing something?

I can't beleive their aren't more posts out there complaining about this. I
ahve upgrades several clients from 3.0 to 4.0 and they are all very upset
that they now cannot, out of the box, manually change a sales stage. Am I
missing something here? I have stages in my workflow, but no options any
where to manually jump to another stage. Now I have to tell my client they
need to pay for a custom solution to something that used to exist out of the
box. Please tell me I am missing something simple here????
